Job Description
Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced Identity Security Engineer to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the technology industry. Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.
What YOU will do
- Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms such as Okta Ping CyberArk and SailPoint.
- Design and optimize workflows for user provisioning deprovisioning and access control to ensure efficient and secure access management.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and accessrelated technical issues promptly to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and best practices to continuously improve security posture.
What YOU will bring us
- Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management tools particularly Okta Ping CyberArk and SailPoint.
- Strong understanding of identity federation Single SignOn (SSO) technologies and multifactor authentication methods.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR HIPAA or SOX and experience ensuring compliance within IAM processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python) for automation of IAM tasks.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
