Due to our international expansion we are seeking an Operations Specialist (PartTime) based in our sales branch in Stockholm (Sweden).
Tasks
- Processing customer orders recording incoming goods and managing SAP (ERP).
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments delivery times prices etc. with the Headquarters in Spain.
- Customer service: being the first point of contact for customers regarding price inquiries and delivery dates (via phone and email).
- Managing customer invoices tracking payments and preparing quotations.
- Inventory and stock control and warehouse management.
- Managing office matters and supporting the external sales staff.
- Other operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in a parttime position (4 hours/day).
- Business background is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in operational and customer service tasks.
- Experience with ERP and MS Office systems is preferred.
- Minimum B2 English level and Swedish speaker.
- Willingness to work in an onsite position and small teams.
