Job Description
- Design and develop user interfaces for microfrontend applications using React.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and create usercentric designs.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Implement responsive and accessible designs that work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.
- Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality of microfrontends.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability in a microfrontend architecture.
- Stay updated on best practices for microfrontends and design trends.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design and frontend development with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
- Proficiency in React and related technologies (JavaScript HTML CSS).
- Experience with microfrontend architecture and frameworks (e.g. Module Federation singlespa).
- Strong understanding of design principles usercentered design and usability standards.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- WCAG Compliance: Check adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux Context API).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for microfrontend applications.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques specific to microfrontend environments.
- Experience with backend technologies or APIs that integrate with React applications.
- A degree in design humancomputer interaction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- An understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.
