Will this position be onsite/remote/hybrid Hybrid after fully trained (typically 68 weeks). Training is 100% Onsite. Hybrid schedule alternates. 1 week you are required to be onsite Monday and Friday. The following week you are required to be onsite Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Senior Revenue Manager the Charge Capture Coordinator at Student Health plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely capture of medical service and procedure charges within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

The Charge Capture Coordinators primary responsibilities include:

Authorizing charges for medical services and procedures accurately and within established timeframes.
Conducting reconciliations between departmentgenerated records and billing system reports to optimize charge capture.
Auditing for completeness identifying and correcting errors resubmitting rejected charges and following up on charge discrepancies.
Communicating missing or incomplete clinical documentation and charge entry errors to relevant staff to support department process improvement initiatives.

This role is essential in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in charge capture processes contributing to the financial integrity of Student Health operations

5. COVID Vaccinations
