We are seeking a Process Engineer to support the Commonwealth of PAs mobile architecture and design initiatives. This role involves collaborating with development teams to enhance mobile solutions and ensuring efficient service delivery across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile application development and digital accessibility standards with a focus on improving customer experience through innovative processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document mobile solution designs and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with digital accessibility standards and best practices.
- Conduct testing and performance monitoring for mobile applications hosted on Azure Cloud.
- Author technical documentation including system integration patterns and service delivery processes.
- Provide training and support to development teams and endusers on mobile application usage and best practices.
