Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst & Atlassian JIRA Administrator
Location: Mechanicsville VA (23116)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Atlassian JIRA and BOX.com administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing and supporting business applications while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve issues. The position requires a selfstarter who can effectively manage multiple tasks and communicate across various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Atlassian JIRA and BOX.com along with future small SaaS/COTS applications.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to implement enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
- Document business and system processes including creating detailed data mappings and user stories.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and coordinate change management processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Atlassian JIRA administration (Jira Service Management Atlassian Access).
- Proven ability to develop clear business and system documentation.
- Experience with full SDLC and troubleshooting softwarerelated issues.
- Basic SQL skills and familiarity with vendor support interaction.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving capabilities.
