Job Description

Position: Technical Specialist Junior
Location: Raleigh NC (27601)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
Join an innovative team as a Technical Specialist focusing on ServiceNow technology particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM). This role involves supporting the ServiceNow platform to enhance customer experiences across city services. Candidates will collaborate with technical teams to configure maintain and troubleshoot the ServiceNow system while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daytoday operations of the ServiceNow platform especially CSM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Configure ServiceNow CSM modules and create workflows to enhance customer selfservice.
  • Assist with system upgrades and maintenance to ensure platform stability.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to understand integrations with other city systems.

Required Skills:

  • 12 years of handson experience with ServiceNow especially CSM modules.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript HTML CSS and SQL.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and providing solutions.
  • Ability to configure ServiceNow CSM modules and improve customer experience.
  • Knowledge of system upgrades and maintenance best practices.
