Job Title: Project Manager Telecom Domain

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders including clients vendors and internal teams to gather requirements address issues and report on project progress.
- Team Leadership: Lead crossfunctional teams providing guidance motivation and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement best practices in project management and telecom industry standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets track expenses and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Documentation: Create and maintain thorough project documentation including project plans status reports and postproject evaluations.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering Computer Science or a related field. PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecom industry managing projects of varying complexity.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of telecom technologies including network infrastructure wireless communication and data transmission.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project JIRA or similar tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Telecommunications Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with telecom regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Experience in managing international projects and working with global teams.
- Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems
