Job Description

Key Qualifications
Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Education Communications or related field.
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in training delivery documentation development or system support roles.
Experience with CRM/AMS platforms (e.g. Salesforce Blackbaud) and content management systems (e.g. Drupal).
Familiarity with MailChimp or other email marketing tools is a plus.

Technical Skills
Proficient in designing and delivering training materials using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint Word and video editing software.
Strong understanding of CRM/AMS integrations and functionalities including workflows and data management.
Experience with Microsoft Access Excel and APIs for data migration and integration.

Soft Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to explain complex technical processes in a clear concise and approachable manner.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Certification in CRM/AMS platforms or instructional design
Experience in the nonprofit or energy sectors.
Familiarity with creating elearning modules using tools like Articulate or Captivate
