Sr. User Experience Designer

Contract

Hybrid Remote

Job Description

The Sr. UX Designer role involves leading design initiatives applying best practices in UX design and ensuring solutions are mobilefirst and responsive. Key responsibilities include designing iterating and delivering usercentered solutions for complex projects using Agile (SCRUM) methodologies. The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in UX design with a strong background in usability testing user research and accessibility compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in UX design with a focus on mobilefirst and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as JustInMind InVision Sketch Adobe Creative Cloud Axure Figma and Zeplin.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and JS (React Angular NodeJS is a plus).
  • Experience conducting user research usability testing and synthesizing findings.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
  • A degree in graphic design or related fields is preferred along with certifications in usability humancomputer interaction or technical writing.

The role requires the ability to manage and support teams through the full project lifecycle from Discovery to Live and strong soft skills for effective communication and problemsolving.
