Senior Business Analyst Contract (Hybrid Remote Toronto ON)
1. Conduct business analysis tasks for the New OINP Employer Portal project.
2. Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to identify and define business requirements.
3. Develop comprehensive E2E (endtoend) business scenarios.
4. Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge gaps.
5. Develop and maintain project documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
6. Conduct system testing and assist users during UAT phase.
7. Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture business requirements.
8. Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
9. Use business analysis tools and methodologies to ensure that the project meets its objectives.
10. Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team.
11. Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies.
12. Support the project manager in all areas of project execution.
13. Provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders.
14. Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
15. Ensure the solution implemented meets the business needs and is aligned with the business objectives.
