Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow. This role will be hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the use of ServiceNow tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that all infrastructure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure solutions and processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any issues related to ServiceNow applications and infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of ServiceNow tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management and its applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and its integration with other systems.
- Have experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow applications.

- Hold relevant certifications in ServiceNow to validate technical skills and knowledge.
