Job Description
Summary:
Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the Medicaid Chip Services (MCS) Waiver Salesforce Enhancements project. The role involves leading Agilebased development and implementation efforts coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives. The position requires expertise in Salesforce project management methodologies and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage largescale enterprise implementations including planning budgeting and oversight.
- Lead Agile (Scrum) teams implementing standard project management methodologies.
- Develop project charters work plans and other key documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Provide technical support both during working hours and oncall.
- Create and deliver presentations to leadership and oversight committees.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Required:
- 7 years of experience in project management for largescale enterprise implementations.
- 7 years of experience with Salesforce.
- 7 years of experience managing state or federal projects (preferably Texas).
- Preferred:
- Experience with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework (5 years).
- PMP Certification (4 years).
- Agile (Scrum) experience (3 years) and ACP/Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with state procurement and contracting (1 year).
- Familiarity with Jira and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
