Job Description
Summary:
This role focuses on designing and delivering data reporting solutions collaborating with data engineers and analyzing datasets to meet customer needs. The position requires a blend of technical expertise problemsolving skills and leadership to drive innovation manage complex datarelated challenges and mentor team members within the People Analytics community.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a core resource for addressing complex issues and data discrepancies.
- Design document and delegate customer data requests using agile tools.
- Develop innovative solutions for structured and unstructured data.
- Lead data validation efforts and optimize data in the data lake.
- Create and maintain process and customerfacing documentation.
- Mentor and coach analysts within the People Analytics community.
Skills/Qualifications:

Required:
-
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
-
4 years in Human Capital/People Teams or business/financial analysis.

Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau PowerBI).

Advanced ETL skills for visualization tools and intermediate SQL expertise.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Experience with JavaScript CSS and HTML.

Preferred:

Experience in data extraction and management.
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies.
- Project management skills and agile experience (e.g. Rally or Swift).
- Experience leading people or largescale projects
