Making & receiving customer inquiry calls

Collecting & analysing customer feedback
Responding to customer reviews
Support software training & software installation with customer
Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies
Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers
Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim
Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & help
reduce accident cases
Data analytics for software & product accuracy
Backend QC check for new vehicle installation project
Observe & monitor for server performance
Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer
