Job Description
Midwest multidisciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Civil Engineer to their Peoria Illinois team!
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in Peoria area
- Maintain client relationships (respond directly to clients or forward requests to appropriate managers)
- Manage large and complex projects involving special skills and multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with business development
- Monitor/assign work to junior staff
- Prepare engineering project proposals in coordination with the Department Managers the Water/Wastewater Business Development Manager and the Marketing Department
- Use advanced engineering expertise to solve complex problems
- Develop department standards and complete peer reviews
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 years of experience of municipal and general civil project design and project management
- Illinois PE License
- Ability to travel (own transportation)
Salary is commensurate with experience.
