Job Description

Multistate design firm is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join their team in Little Rock Arkansas!


Responsibilities:

  • Project Management duties for small to medium projects (develop scope/schedule)
  • Lead hydrologic/hydraulic modeling master planning and design of stormwater projects
  • Prepare design calculations/probable cause estimates
  • Review submittals and perform construction observation
  • Mentor/train junior staff
  • Occasional travel to job sites


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering
  • 5 years of experience
  • Experience designing stormwater projects including channel stabilization/restoration storm drainage and flood control systems culverts impoundments and discharge structures and water quality improvement features
  • PE License
  • Proficient in federal state and local design requirements/safety laws
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3 D experience
  • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (SWMM HECRAS etc.)
