Job Description
Follow and implement the companys data security rules to protect sensitive information.
Track assets maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper inventory management.
Manage and troubleshoot enduser equipment such as computer printers and scanners.
Solve hardware and software faults on enduser devices.
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware images and software.
Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Collect and pass on user feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelors degree.
Experience: from 1 to 3 years of experience.
Gender: Males.
