The Role
Proven work experience as Linux Administrator Indepth knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g. Red Hat CentOS Ubuntu) and associated utilities. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP). Familiarity with security best practices system hardening and patching. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Salt Ansible) Experience of virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware KVM) and cloud platforms AWS. Able to manage 500 VMs. Experience in Disaster Recovery management Experience in driving continuous improvement for repetitive issue

Troubleshooting issues on Linux environment Network Linux Admin Authentication Reverse Proxy DNS Mailing Network Routage & Segmentation Different protocol Virtualization VMWare Docker Kubernetes Security OpenSSl fail2ban OpenPGP Firewall Patching / Hardening Monitoring Prometheus Grafana Splunk Tools GIT Jenkins Bitbucket / Gitlab Configuration management tool : Saltstack (prefered) or an equivalent tool like Ansible puppet or chef IaaS Cloud formation or another equivalent like Terraform Packer Scripting Bash Python YAML Groovy
