Job Description
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking FullTime Special Education Teachers to work with schoolaged students in the elementary school resource room setting!
The SPED Teacher will work closely with the student s academic support team to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each learner s unique needs. This role involves tracking student progress ensuring goals are met and providing detailed quarterly updates on achievements and areas for growth.
Job Description:
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student creating a structured and supportive classroom environment that fosters growth. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and determine educational needs collaborating with general education teachers specialists and families to ensure comprehensive support. Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles while maintaining accurate records of progress and IEP goals. Additionally provide emotional and social support to promote a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students.

Requirements
- Have an Illinois PEL with special education.
- Experience working in an educational setting.
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role.
- A bachelors degree from an accredited university is required; a Masters degree is a plus.
