Role Name: Shopify Virtual Assistant / Digital Marketing Specialist
Schedule:
- Parttime: MondayThursday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Manila Time)

Join a thriving cafe business expanding into ecommerce. This established hospitality venture seeks to boost their online presence and sales through a new Shopify platform. The business combines traditional cafe operations with innovative digital solutions offering both online ordering and instore pickup options.
We seek a skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant with digital marketing expertise to spearhead our client s ecommerce expansion. This role combines technical Shopify platform management with creative marketing initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to build an online presence from the ground up implementing efficient systems for order management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Launch and configure new Shopify store ensuring optimal setup for cafe operations
- Manage product listings including photography coordination and content creation
- Process online orders and maintain inventory synchronization
- Execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales
- Handle administrative tasks including deadline tracking and shipping coordination
- Manage hybrid online ordering and instore pickup system
- Monitor sales activities and provide actionable alerts to management
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels
Requirements
- Proven experience with Shopify platform management
- Strong digital marketing capabilities
- Excellence in digital asset management and content creation
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
