Lead Financial Strategies for Healthcare Excellence

As an experienced and detailoriented Accountant you will manage the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports while analyzing revenue and expenses. You will also collaborate with teams like medical billing and CPA tax accountants. A background in healthcare accounting particularly within medical practices or dialysis units is essential.
Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9 AM to 6 PM CST
Work setup: Remote/Work from home
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for monthly quarterly and annual reviews including cash flow statements income statements and balance sheets.
- Analyze revenue and expenses for both the medical practice and dialysis units.
- Present financial findings during monthly meetings with management and staff.
- Coordinate with the medical billing team to review billing processes and ensure accurate insurance reimbursements.
- Manage vendor payments and oversee inventory and supply chain costs.
- Implement and maintain an efficient accounting system (e.g. QuickBooks).
- Work closely with CPA tax accountants on taxrelated matters.
- Improve the efficiency of accounting systems ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations.

- Familiarity with EMRs (EPIC CERNER) is a plus.
