1. MISSION
The Marketing and Communications Assistant at the International French School (Singapore) is responsible for enhancing the school s visibility and reputation through strategic marketing and communication efforts. This role focuses on strengthening the school s brand identity managing public relations creating engaging content and executing digital marketing strategies to attract new students retain current ones and foster strong relationships with the community.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent and cohesive representation of the IFS brand across all communication channels.
Monitor the school s brand image and make recommendations for maintaining a positive public perception.
Strategic Marketing Execution:
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment and retention.
Content Creation & Updating:
Produce highquality content for various platforms including the website newsletters brochures and other promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and create stories highlighting the school s achievements and events.
Public Relations:
Act as the liaison between the school and the media managing press releases media inquiries and crises.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to ensure positive coverage.
Digital Marketing:
Execute digital marketing strategies including SEM (Search Engine Marketing) SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) SMM (Social Media Marketing) Content Marketing and Email Marketing to engage target audiences and drive traffic to the school s platforms.
Support the tracking and analysis of digital marketing metrics to optimise performance and improve engagement.
Internal Communications:
Support the facilitation of communication between staff students and parents by creating internal newsletters announcements and updates.
Collaborate with various school departments to ensure accurate and timely communication of school activities and policies.
3. REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum two years of experience in marketing communications preferably within the education sector or a similar environment.
Proven experience in digital marketing content creation and public relations.
Skills:
Strong writing editing and content creation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media SEO email marketing).
Excellent organisational and project management abilities with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
4. WORKING CONDITIONS
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent
Work Hours: 40 hours per week with flexibility as needed for events or deadlines.

Gestion de la marque :
Assurer une repr sentation coh rente et harmonieuse de la marque IFS sur tous les canaux de communication.
Surveiller l image de marque de l cole et formuler des recommandations pour maintenir une perception publique positive.
Mise en uvre de strat gies marketing :
Contribuer au d veloppement et la r alisation de campagnes marketing visant accro tre les inscriptions et am liorer la r tention des l ves.
Cr ation de contenu :
Produire du contenu de haute qualit pour divers supports y compris le site web les r seaux sociaux les newsletters les brochures et autres mat riaux promotionnels.
Collaborer avec les d partements internes pour recueillir des informations et cr er des histoires mettant en avant les r ussites et v nements de l cole.
Relations publiques :
Agir comme interm diaire entre l cole et les m dias en g rant les communiqu s de presse les demandes des m dias et les crises ventuelles.
tablir et entretenir des relations avec les m dias et influenceurs pour garantir une couverture m diatique positive.
Marketing digital :
Mettre en uvre des strat gies de marketing digital incluant le SEO la gestion des r seaux sociaux et les campagnes emailing pour engager les publics cibles et g n rer du trafic vers les plateformes de l cole.
Contribuer au suivi et l analyse des indicateurs de performance des campagnes digitales pour optimiser les r sultats.
Communications internes :
Faciliter la communication entre le personnel les l ves et les parents via des newsletters internes des annonces et des mises jour.
Collaborer avec diff rents d partements pour garantir une communication pr cise et ponctuelle sur les activit s et politiques de l cole.
Formation :
Dipl me de niveau licence (Bachelor) en marketing communication relations publiques ou domaine connexe.
Exp rience :
Minimum de deux ans d exp rience en marketing et communication de pr f rence dans le secteur de l ducation ou un environnement similaire.
Exp rience av r e en marketing digital cr ation de contenu et relations publiques.
Comp tences :
Solides comp tences en r daction dition et cr ation de contenu.
Ma trise des outils et plateformes de marketing digital (ex. : r seaux sociaux SEO email marketing).
Excellentes capacit s d organisation et de gestion de projets avec aptitude g rer plusieurs t ches simultan ment et respecter les d lais.
Comp tences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles solides pour tablir des relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
Cr ativit et esprit analytique pour r soudre des probl mes.
