Job Description
As a Sales Support professional you ll manage schedules communications and operations for a Clevel executive. Your role includes ensuring efficient calendar management coordinating travel preparing reports and supporting special projects to streamline operations and drive success.

Shift: Mon Fri 06:00 AM 03:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite Makati (Hybrid work arrangement after 6 months 2 days WFH 3 days onsite)
Salary: PHP 55000 to 80000

Your Daily Tasks
- Manage the COOs calendar scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Prioritize incoming communication including emails calls and inquiries with timely responses.
- Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and distribute documents for COO meetings.
- Conduct research compile data and prepare confidential reports and presentations as requested.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and transportation.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry building and managing spreadsheets expense management and recordkeeping.
- Anticipate COO needs optimizing their time and effectiveness.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion in all communications.
- Adhoc management duties as required.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Clevel executives.
- Familiarity with Australian real estate and experience collaborating within a sales team.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and presentation creation (Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Advanced Excel skills for building and managing spreadsheets.
- Flexibility to assist in other office functions as needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Selfmotivated with a cando attitude.
- Finance background is an advantage though not required.
