Otrix is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves achieving sales targets participating in BTL activities and managing onground sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and amp; Execution
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Actively participate in BelowTheLine (BTL) activities to drive brand visibility and sales.
Retail Networking:
- Identify onboard and expand the retail network within assigned territories to ensure optimal market penetration.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with retail partners providing them with the necessary support and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Actively engage with retail partners to gather market insights ensure proper product placement and drive sales through effective collaborations and promotional strategies.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities including leads opportunities and closed deals.
- Prepare sales reports for management and provide insights on market performance.
- Leverage data to identify opportunities for improving sales effectiveness.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams to align on campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the product team to understand offerings and relay client feedback.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related fields.
Skills and amp; Attributes:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in the Personal Care and amp; Beauty industry is preferred.
