Job Description
Are you ready to make a difference As a Call Center Agent for our growing towing and roadside assistance company you ll play a vital role in helping drivers get back on the road. We proudly serve customers across the United States and parts of Canada ensuring they receive topnotch support when they need it most.
This fulltime officebased role is located in the heart of Baku Azerbaijan. You ll work under Pacific Standard Time (PST) and enjoy weekly pay. If you re a strong communicator with excellent computer skills and a passion for helping people we want you on our team!
What You ll Do:
- Support Customers in Need: Handle inbound calls from customers in North America providing quick and reliable assistance.
- Turn Inquiries into Solutions: Convert leads into towing jobs by understanding customer needs and recommending services.
- Be the Voice of Reassurance: Offer a calm and empathetic presence to customers during stressful situations.
- Stay Organized: Accurately log all customer interactions and job details into our system.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with a dynamic team to meet performance goals and deliver excellent results.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- TechSavvy: Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Education
At least 2nd-year college or Senior high school graduate (with experience), or high school graduate with at least 6 months experience.
