Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into systems spreadsheets or databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data to ensure it aligns with company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and categorize files for efficient data retrieval.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify data details.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with data entry tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
