Our client is a an innovative Australian legal practice providing specialist industrybased advice to its members and clients. Their deep industry knowledge enables them to provide practical and costeffective solutions. Servicing clients nationally in the areas of workplace law construction and commercial law this firm is uniquely positioned to capitalise on existing industry networks.
Your New Role
Joining this closeknit team you will be responsible for providing clients with complex workplace relations advice and award interpretation union related matters as well as matters in the Federal Court Human Rights Commission and Fair Work. Acting for both employees and some employer work you will also work on enterprise agreements unfair dismissals and WH&S.
You will predominately work on employee focused matters however there will also be scope to service employers and also assist with shaping industry policy.
