Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join a vibrant team in Athens Greece.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide toptier support in a dynamic workplace while enjoying all that Athens has to offer. Position Details:
Location: Athens Greece
Salary: 1300 per month plus performance bonus up to 300
Type: Hybrid (Work from Home and Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using the Swedish language.
- Assist customers with hardware and softwarerelated inquiries.
- Communicate effectively through phone email and other platforms.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve advanced issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems.

- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
- Experience in technical support or a similar field.
- Strong problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Openness to relocating to Greece and working onsite.
