Your missions
The Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial operations across two entities ensuring their financial health and sustainability. This is a highly autonomous role that requires exceptional organizational skills strategic thinking and a handson approach.
You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership acting as a financial advisor and ensuring that both entities meet their financial goals.
As Finance Manager you will :
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of two entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and individual reports for each entity.
- Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Present detailed financial analysis and insights to the CEO to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Provide strategic advice on cost management revenue opportunities and financial planning.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls policies and procedures across both entities.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements in Luxembourg.
- Coordinate and manage audits liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee VAT filings and other statutory obligations.
- Handle daytoday finance operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and treasury management.
- Supervise and streamline billing invoicing and payment processes.
- Maintain relationships with banks suppliers and other financial stakeholders.

Your ideal profile
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (CPA ACCA or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role preferably managing multiple entities.
- Indepth knowledge of financial reporting standards regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven expertise in budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
