Role Overview
We are looking for proactive Advertising Agents to source advertisements for our website manage client relationships and provide insights on enhancing the website to attract more advertisers. The role involves close coordination with the website owner to suggest and implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure advertisers for the website.
Negotiate ad placements pricing and contracts with clients.
Collaborate with the owner to recommend and implement website enhancements to improve ad performance and appeal.
Suggest creative ideas for content and layout to attract highvalue advertisers.
Provide regular feedback and updates on ad performance and client needs.
Requirements
Experience in advertising sales or similar roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and website monetization strategies.
Ability to analyze and suggest website improvements to boost revenue potential.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
Compensation
Commission Only: Earn 20% 30% of all ad revenue generated from your efforts.
Monthly payouts based on verified revenue.
