Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company goals with a focus on optimizing the workforce and support services.
Lead workforce planning talent acquisition and retention initiatives across Plant HR Admin Security and Health & Wellness to ensure optimal staffing and productivity.
Design and implement recruitment onboarding and training processes for all staff within HR Admin Security and Health & Wellness functions.
Establish learning and development programs for technical and leadership roles supporting career growth and skills enhancement across departments.
Manage performance appraisal systems set KPIs and support functional heads in performance reviews.
Foster a positive work environment by maintaining open communication and ensuring fair treatment of employees across all reporting teams.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to promote job satisfaction and a healthy workplace culture.
Ensure competitive and compliant compensation and benefits structures managing payroll and employee welfare programs.
Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and implement necessary adjustments to attract and retain talent across the reporting functions.
Ensure adherence to labor laws regulatory requirements and industry standards across HR Admin Security and Health & Wellness functions.
Collaborate with the Health & Wellness and Security teams to promote workplace safety health initiatives and crisis management protocols.
Oversee the Administration team to ensure efficient facility management office services and support operations.
Direct the Security team to maintain a secure environment safeguard assets and enforce safety protocols.
Lead the Health & Wellness team in designing and implementing employee health programs mental health support and wellness activities that enhance the workforce & wellbeing.
Drive HR transformation initiatives such as implementing HRIS and digital tools to streamline processes and enhance service delivery across reporting teams.
Lead change management efforts in response to industry trends regulatory changes or organizational restructuring needs.
