Job Description
Role Summary:
The Project Support Specialist will play a crucial role in executing a Comprehensive Job Mapping
Project for Production Employees across various plants in the APAC region. This role is
responsible for aligning plant employees with accurate job titles within our job catalog and
updating the system to reflect accurate job bands by the end of Calendar Year 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Organization: Independently organize and manage work
schedules to collaborate with Plant Managers and Plant HR Partners throughout the APAC
region. Ensure each employees role is accurately reflected in the system by aligning titles
with job catalogs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with Plant managers Plant HR partners and
the APAC Compensation lead to facilitate alignment on employee job titles and job bands
planning stakeholder meetings and coordinating to meet project deadlines.
System Update & Data Accuracy: Work towards specific deadlines for uploading and
validating job band data into the HR system (SuccessFactors) to reflect employees roles
in the plant accurately.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Functional Skills:
7 years of experience in HR Compensation and Job Classification.
Proficient knowledge of Compensation & Benefits processes particularly in job
architecture initiative.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
Soft Skills:
Strong Stakeholder Management skills able to build effective networks and
collaborations across regions.
Demonstrated ability to Influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
Excellent Communication Skills with fluency in English and additional Asian languages
