System Architect

Position Title: System Architect (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Design develop and implement scalable and reliable system architectures for complex IT solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders product managers and development teams to define technical requirements and system specifications.
• Create detailed architecture blueprints highlevel designs and system integration strategies that align with organizational goals and technical standards.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies tools platforms and frameworks to support new system designs or enhancements to existing systems.
• Define and manage system integration strategies to ensure seamless communication between various applications databases services and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams to ensure architecture decisions are implemented effectively and consistently across all phases of development.
• Ensure that systems are designed with high availability scalability fault tolerance and performance optimization in mind.
• Work closely with cloud architects to design and implement cloudbased architectures (AWS Azure Google Cloud) including solutions for compute storage networking and security.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement secure architectural patterns and designs ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA SOC2).
• Define and promote architectural best practices patterns and standards across teams ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Conduct performance tuning capacity planning and cost optimization exercises for cloud and onpremise systems to improve system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Design solutions for system monitoring logging and alerting to ensure proactive management of IT systems and services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends providing recommendations for innovation and modernization of system architecture.
• Develop and maintain documentation including architectural diagrams technical specifications and system designs to ensure clear understanding and maintainability of the systems.
• Conduct regular architecture reviews risk assessments and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with longterm business objectives.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructureascode (IaC) and automated deployment processes into system design and delivery pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and support throughout the full lifecycle of system developmentfrom design and implementation to troubleshooting and optimization.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in system architecture solution design or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex scalable IT systems and applications in both cloud and onpremise environments.
• Indepth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) including services for compute storage networking and security.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices including microservices architecture containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps principles.
• Experience with highavailability faulttolerant and distributed systems architecture.
• Expertise in designing APIs serviceoriented architectures (SOA) and enterprise application integration (EAI).
• Experience with architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g. TOGAF Zachman).
• Strong understanding of security principles including identity and access management (IAM) data encryption secure coding practices and compliance.
• Proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python Java Go Node.js) and a strong understanding of software development and system integration.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) data modeling and distributed data management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and providing solutions.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
