Position Title: Digital Services Specialist (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities: - Design develop and implement digital solutions to enhance business operations and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business requirements and develop technologydriven solutions.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of digital platforms including websites mobile apps and cloudbased tools.
- Support the integration of digital services with existing business systems ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
- Implement and manage content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Monitor digital systems and services to ensure high performance security and reliability.
- Work with internal teams to gather data and generate reports that provide actionable insights for decisionmaking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives recommending and implementing enhancements to digital services.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) for new digital solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest digital technologies trends and best practices to drive innovation.
- Provide training and support to endusers on new digital tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain user documentation guides and training materials for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to support online campaigns SEO and social media initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies in all digital services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital platforms applications and user access.
- Maintain vendor relationships managing thirdparty services and tools as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with digital services platforms or solutions in a similar role.
- Strong experience with web development content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies APIs and integration methods for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics Power BI etc.) to support digital reporting and insights.
- Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and other web technologies; experience with CMS (e.g. WordPress Drupal) is a plus.
- Experience in ecommerce platforms marketing automation or digital advertising tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations (GDPR CCPA etc.).
- Ability to stay current with emerging digital trends and technologies and incorporate them into business strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
