Job Description
Job Title: Oracle HCM Solutions Architect (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions including Core HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits and other HCM modules.
- Ensure alignment of HCM solutions with business requirements and HR strategy.
- Provide recommendations on best practices configuration options and system enhancements.
- Oversee the endtoend implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Design and execute data migration system integration and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP CRM or thirdparty tools).
- Work closely with HR leaders business analysts and IT teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for endusers and technical teams.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance user experience.
- Keep uptodate with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and features and assess their impact on the business.
- Support project management activities including timelines milestones and risk mitigation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system architecture configurations and business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).
- Experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support.
- Proven experience in leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or upgrades.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Benefits Talent Management).
- Knowledge of Oracle integration tools (OTBI BI Publisher HDL HCM Extract).
- Understanding of security roles and workflow configurations in Oracle HCM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements (e.g. FLSA GDPR).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
