Job Title: LMS Administrator (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the LMS ensuring uptime and smooth functionality.
- Manage user accounts roles and permissions.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and liaise with technical support when needed.
- Maintain system security and data integrity.
- Upload organize and maintain learning content including courses videos and documents.
- Ensure all content is SCORM/AICC/xAPI compliant.
- Test new course content and troubleshoot compatibility issues.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for LMS users including learners instructors and administrators.
- Develop and deliver training resources and documentation for end users.
- Generate and analyze reports on user activity course completion and compliance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve learning outcomes and system utilization.
- Partner with HR training teams and subject matter experts to design and implement elearning strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and thirdparty vendors to execute LMS upgrades and integrations.
- Ensure all LMS activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g. FERPA ADA).
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to the LMS strategy.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Education Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience as an LMS Administrator or in a related role.
- US Citizenship is mandatory (due to data security and compliance requirements).
- Proficiency with major LMS platforms (e.g. Blackboard Canvas Moodle Cornerstone or SuccessFactors).
- Experience with SCORM AICC xAPI and other elearning standards.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS or other web technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Experience with LMS integrations (e.g. SSO APIs or thirdparty tools).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG Section 508 compliance).
- Certification in eLearning or LMS platforms (e.g. Certified Cornerstone LMS Administrator).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
