Job Description
Job Title: Cloud Consultant (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:- Assess client requirements and current IT infrastructure to design effective cloud solutions.
- Develop comprehensive cloud migration strategies including cost analysis and risk assessments.
- Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging cloud platforms.
- Design and implement scalable secure and resilient cloudbased systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deploy cloud solutions using platforms like Microsoft Azure AWS or Google Cloud.
- Configure and optimize cloud resources for performance security and cost efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for cloudbased applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor cloud performance and implement enhancements to ensure high availability.
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on cloud technologies.
- Build strong client relationships to identify future opportunities for collaboration.
- Ensure that cloud solutions meet industry standards security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes configurations and policies.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture services and deployment models (IaaS PaaS SaaS).
- Experience with tools for cloud management automation and orchestration.
- Knowledge of networking virtualization and data storage in a cloud environment.
- Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and infrastructureascode (IaC).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience in hybrid cloud or multicloud environments.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
