Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care from administering medication to wound care and everything in between. Youre the ERs first line of defense!
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Keep a close watch on patients vitalstemperature pulse respiration and blood pressurekeeping the team informed of any changes.
- Assist with Emergency Procedures: Be ready to jump in and assist with emergency interventions intubations and more. In the ER no two shifts are the same!
- Patient Triage Support: Help with patient triage by assessing injuries and symptoms and determining the urgency of care needed.
- Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Youll work closely with RNs physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure the best care for every patient.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of patient care and any changes in condition. Communication is key in a fastpaced ER environment.
- Patient Comfort: Provide emotional support for patients and families in stressful situations. Sometimes a reassuring smile is just as important as medical care.
- Transport Patients: Safely move patients to different areas of the hospital when needed ensuring comfort and care along the way.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification in California (your golden ticket to care!).
- ER experience is a big plus but were also happy to train LVNs who are passionate and quick learners.
- Strong communication skills (we wont say no to a great ER story or joke either!).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (and yes we know youve got it!).

Pay: $48.00 $55.00 per hour (plus we promise good vibes and teamwork!).
Expected Hours: 36 per week (dont worry youll get breaks to refuel with snacks and coffee!).
