Location: Yuma AZ
Start Date: 2weeks after offer
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 12/hr nights
Pay: as follows:
RNs must have 2 years of experience
RN 2 years $39.93
RN 3 years $41.43
RN 4 years $42.92
RN 5 years $44.42
RN 6 years $45.92
RN 7 years $47.42
RN 8 years $48.91
RN 9 years $50.41
RN 10 years $51.91
Shift differential for nights/weekends:
Nights $4.50 Weekends $4.00
Expected Hours: 3640 per week
Must have a minimum of 2 years ED / ICU critical care RN experience
Out of Area RN Hires (meeting RN experience requirements):
Sign On Incentive: $5000 with one year commitment or $10000 with two year commitment
Expanded Relation Incentive: 3 months provided housing and then $1000 per month for up to 12 months housing stipend.
Evolve HCR is seeking dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. As an ER nurse youll play a vital role in providing immediate and lifesaving care to patients in critical situations. Your ability to think quickly prioritize tasks and manage a variety of medical emergencies will make a significant impact in patients lives during their most vulnerable moments.

- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 12 years experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong multitasking decisionmaking and communication skills.
