Job Description
Position: Endo Tech
Location: Burien WA
Pay Scale: $1800/week
Shift: Day Shift
- Perform blood specimen collection through venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques.
- Properly label and store blood samples for laboratory analysis ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate documentation of each blood draw.
- Follow aseptic techniques to maintain patient safety and prevent contamination.
- Provide excellent patient care demonstrating professionalism compassion and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely specimen processing.
- Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Technician program or equivalent training.
- Phlebotomy Technician certification (required).
- Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency in blood collection procedures.
- Knowledge of safety protocols infection control and best practices in phlebotomy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
