Job Description
Position: Social Worker (MSW/LCSW)
Location: Fort Pierce FL
Pay Scale: $2200
Shift: Days
- Provide compassionate support and advocacy for individuals and families addressing diverse social emotional and mental health needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans to improve clients wellbeing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals community organizations and resources to coordinate client services.
- Facilitate counseling sessions and offer emotional support during challenging circumstances.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions care plans and progress.
- Stay informed on social services laws and ethical practices to provide uptodate care.
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Minimum Insert number years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in tools such as MIDAS/Meditech PASRR and Navihealth (if applicable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active state licensure to practice social work.
