Job Description
Position: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Neuro Specialty
Location: Fort Worth TX
Pay Scale: $1701
Shift: VARIED SHIFTS
- Assist in surgical procedures specializing in neurosurgery by preparing and organizing the operating room and sterile instruments.
- Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly before procedures.
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons during operations handing them instruments and supplies.
- Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical process and follow strict infection control protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and transportation of patients for surgery.
- Document surgical procedures accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Stay updated on advancements in surgical technology and neurospecific techniques.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
- Must have strong neuro experience (required).
- Minimum Insert number years of experience in surgical technology preferably in neurosurgery.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in highpressure fastpaced environments.
