Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow.
- The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the use of ServiceNow tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that all infrastructure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure solutions and processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any issues related to ServiceNow applications and infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of ServiceNow tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management and its applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and its integration with other systems.
- Have experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies.
- Hold relevant certifications in ServiceNow to validate technical skills and knowledge.
