Job Description
- We are looking for a tech lead with 12 years of experience to join one of the leading Comms Media account.
- As a leader on the team this role will work to help the team prioritize build and ship the most impactful features to our customers.
- The ideal candidate is a technical professional who has deep understanding and handson experience in developing responsive web using Angular Typescript HTML CSS JS Ionic NGRX GraphQL.
- Deep understanding and handson of modern coding technologies including Typescript HTML CSS JS Angular Ionic NGRX Capacitor GraphQL build runners preprocessors (e.g. Babel SASS/LESS etc.) and related development technologies
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies Docker Kubernetes CI/CD tools and technologies
- Understanding of best practices in responsive web and app UX design
- Knowledge of micro frontends and modulefederation
- Working experience in Agile methodologies
- Translates user requirements into design for new software or extensive software revisions.
- Creates highlevel architectural specifications while ensuring feasibility functionality and integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Provides expertise on crossapplication implications. Approves business requirements estimation functional specifications testing strategy and other activities to ensure architectural alignment.
- Works closely with stakeholders to identify and negotiate opportunities to apply architecture standards and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with offshore team and mentor them
- Should have min 12 years of experience with 5 years of experience as leading the team. If the candidate is a senior developer with no lead experience please do not apply
- Overall 12 years of Software development experience and minimum 6 to 10 years experience designing or configuring software applications.
- Masters degree in Telecommunications Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with telecom regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Experience in managing international projects and working with global teams.
- Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems
- Angular Typescript HTML CSS JS Ionic NGRX GraphQL RxJS
- Domain Expertise: Communications Media Telecom / Data Networking (Preferred)
- Previous Client experience with at least 6 month cool off in between
