Shift Timings: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Job Description:
- You provide project management of Atellica CI implementations for nonautomation sites.
- You support portfolio conversion projects while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. (Projects will be managed from presale through customer golive process ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved)
- You lead all Client and customer activities on IDN/consolidator & multisite implementation in assigned projects.
- You coordinate conference calls and/or face to face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects.
- You drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies including best install times with optimum customer satisfaction.
- You provide formal presentations in front of large groups of Client personnel or customers.
- You influence without authority in a matrix environment.
- BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years work experience in project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.
- Strong complex problemsolving skills and ability to translate technical issues into nontechnical terms.
- Professional attitude comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people maintain pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence.
- Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.
- History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.
