High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year related hydraulic experience.
Ability to operate hand and power tools.
Position Purpose:
Fabricate fluid transfer lines/tubing and/or hydraulic parts to support the next assembly areas.
Ensure quality standards are maintained.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cut tubing to size per the engineering specifications. .
2. Bend tubing on the tube benders while maintaining specified blueprint tolerances. .
3. Setup and operate deburr machines to ensure proper finish. .
4. Operate Supraport computer system. .
5. Build hydraulic components and subassemblies from engineering blueprints. .
6. Operate identification producing equipment. .
7. Identify material per engineering specifications. .
Additional Functions:
1. Maintain a neat and orderly work area. .
2. Support company FOD program. .
3. Comply with company safety regulations. .
