Business Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with key stakeholders across business functions (Finance Sales Procurement Manufacturing etc.) to gather analyze and document business requirements for SAP solutions.
SAP Module Configuration & Customization:
Configure SAP modules (e.g. SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC) based on business requirements ensuring the system meets the functional needs of the organization.
System Design & Implementation:
Design and implement SAP solutions in alignment with best practices. This includes defining the system architecture and ensuring its effectiveness in supporting business workflows.
Functional Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP functional areas. Assist endusers with systemrelated issues working to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for improving business processes through SAP solutions. Recommend enhancements and optimizations to maximize system functionality and business value.
System Testing & Validation:
Conduct testing (unit integration and user acceptance) to ensure that SAP solutions function as expected. Support users in test scenarios and ensure issues are addressed before golive.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create detailed documentation for SAP configuration processes and enduser procedures. Provide training and support documentation to ensure endusers are proficient with the system.
Upgrade & Enhancement Management:
Participate in SAP upgrades and the implementation of new functionalities or patches. Ensure that enhancements align with business goals and system requirements.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with SAP technical teams business analysts and other departments to ensure successful SAP project delivery. Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
