Job Description

ERP Development & Customization:
Develop and customize ERP modules functionality and user interfaces to meet business needs. -
System Integration:
Integrate ERP systems with other business applications (CRM SCM BI tools etc.) and ensure seamless data flow across platforms. -
Configuration & Support:
Provide configuration troubleshooting and support for ERP users across the organization. -
Requirements Analysis:
Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions. -
Documentation & Training:
Develop technical documentation user guides and provide training to users to ensure effective use of ERP systems. -
Performance Optimization:
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency stability and scalability. -
Collaboration:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (business analysts functional consultants IT support) to deliver solutions on time and within budget. -
Upgrade & Patches:
Participate in ERP upgrades and the application of patches ensuring that the system remains uptodate and secure. -
Security & Compliance:
Ensure ERP system compliance with security policies and regulations to safeguard company data.
