Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture and Design:

o Lead the design and architecture of Pegabased solutions ensuring they align with business and functional requirements.

o Develop highquality performant and maintainable Pega applications.

o Define the specific solution processes and business and functional requirements needed to realize these opportunities.

2. Implementation Guidance:

o Guide the team through the implementation process from design to deployment.

o Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.

o Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega architecture design and coding.

3. Technical Leadership:

o Lead the technical team through project completion.

o Manage the integration requirements across different systems.

o Work closely with business analysts and other team members to understand the business requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

o Collaborate with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architecture.

o Work closely with the business architect to verify that the outcomes and detailed requirements are aligned to the different benefits realization phases.

o Develop the agenda of workshops and working sessions.

Requirements:

Certification:Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.

Experience:

o Around 10 years of experience in developing largescale technical architectures.

o Extensive experience in Pega PRPC including process flows activities harnesses sections decision tables data transforms and reporting.

Technical Skills:

o Proficient in Java and experienced in developing multitier applications using JAVA Tomcat and WebLogic servers.

o Experience with web services like SOAP WSDL and XML.
